WVSWFL is a non-partisan grassroots movement made up of Floridians who are dedicated to defending civil liberties and reproductive freedoms.

Non-Negotiables

Women,s Voices of SW Florida operates on a basic set of Non-Negotiable Principles. These are the standards that we operate by and this is what we stand for.

01: Black Lives Matter. We make and protect the space for black and brown voices, and advocate for marginilized communities
02: We are a non-partisan group and non-denominational grassroots movement, and we maintain a safe place for all peoplle of different ages, religions, creeds, and political affiliation to have a voice.
03: All pronouns are honored and welcome. While we call ourselves "Women's Voices," we rcognize and welcome the voices of anyone affected by this discriminatory legislation, incluiding our trans, disabled and non-binary communities.
04: Civil disclosure is healthy and different oppinions are expected - We don't take disagreement personally or allow them to take us away from our cause. We remember that perspective comes from lived experience and strive to understand another.
05: Our Foremost priority at this time is the defense and provision of safe and accessible reproductive healthcare, contraceptive resources and freedom to choose. After these rights are secured, we will be able to broaden the scope of our efforts.

Women's Voices of SW, Florida welcomes anyone willing to aid our cause. We reconize all people who support equality and reproductive freedoms.
